A Reverse Osmosis Water Dispenser Will Remove the Minerals From Your Water

So...you have decided to finally do something about the quality of water your family is drinking at home. However, you are not sure what type of system to use.

Most people have heard of a reverse osmosis water dispenser, but they are not sure if it is the right choice or not. We will start by stating that reverse osmosis water filtering systems remove important minerals from the water.

Another problem with a the reverse osmosis water dispenser is that chemicals such as pesticides and herbicides get through the membrane used for filtering because the molecules for these chemicals are smaller than water molecules.

Reverse osmosis water filtering systems can typically waste up to two or three gallons of water for every gallon it produces. This is not a cost effective way to purify your home drinking water. There are advantages and disadvantages to other types of drinking water systems as well. Many of the leaders in the industry do not use this type of system as well.

After many years of research, it is believed that drinking water with its natural minerals is just better for you than water with the minerals removed, which is what occurs in a reverse osmosis water dispenser. De-mineralized water is not natural, there is no place in the world where naturally occurring de-mineralized water occurs. The best choice for a drinking water system is one that uses a carbon filter.

Therefore, why should we be drinking this type of water? We were not meant to drink water without the naturally occurring minerals. We need a purification system that will remove the harmful chemicals but preserve the trace minerals our bodies require such as potassium, magnesium and calcium. Reverse osmosis water filtering systems do not preserve these minerals.

If you drink water from reverse osmosis water filtering systems, you run the risk of having some negative effects. De-mineralized water contains more hydrogen and thus is more acidic. When we consume an acidic substance, our bodies will pull minerals from our bones and our teeth in order to attempt to neutralize the acid. In addition, when our bodily fluids become more acidic than alkaline it causes an increase in production of free radicals, which thus causes an increased cancer risk.

In conclusion, a reverse osmosis water dispenser is not the best choice you can make when it comes to a home water purification system. Our bodies require the naturally occurring minerals found in clean, safe drinking water. We as humans were not meant to drink de-mineralized water. The choice is yours, what type of water purification system do you want for your family?

How can we be sure that we are getting clean, safe drinking water? A reverse osmosis water dispenser removes the minerals from our drinking water. The best type of water purification uses a carbon filter that does not remove the minerals! Visit our site today!
