Better Health Through Organic and Inorganic Dietary Supplements

I just heard about a new type of dietary supplement. It's unlike any other supplement I've tried or even read about. This supplement is called Zeolitesupport zeolite. This unique product isn't a food or a drug or a nutritional supplement. After what I've read, I believe that we should all use Zeolitesupport zeolites.

The most common type of dietary supplement (and one of the oldest) is vitamins. Vitamins are organic compounds that work with the chemistry of your body. They are needed to provide nutrients that our bodies are incapable of producing on their own. For example, vitamin D works with calcium (a mineral) to make bones strong. Lack of vitamin D causes a condition called rickets, which causes bones to be soft and become deformed. Children are more susceptible to the damage caused by rickets because their bones are softer and still growing. And you surely remember the stories of the British sailors eating limes on their long sea voyages to prevent the scurvy that is caused by a shortage of vitamin C.

Another common category of dietary supplements is minerals. Unlike vitamins, dietary minerals are not organic. They are chemical compounds that act as building blocks in your bodily structure. The most common minerals in the body are the elements carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, and oxygen. These elements are the basis of all organic compounds. These are not the ones you need to worry about (unless you are drowning or starving). An example of two minerals that work together are sodium and potassium. These electrolytes work together to control the passage of water into and out of the individual cells. Another commonly required mineral is calcium. While calcium performs a number of duties in the body, the most important duty is to make bones and teeth strong. Calcium is the main component of bones and teeth.

Other nutritional supplements contain larger components than just vitamins and minerals. These are substances such as lycopene that are found in various fruits and vegetables. If you eat a well-balanced diet with the emphasis on fruits and vegetables, you don't need to worry about these substances. The key to making the right choices is in the color of the foods. The more complete the rainbow of fruits and vegetables you eat, the more of these substances will be included in your diet. Include red tomatoes, strawberries, and peppers; orange sweet potatoes, oranges, and cantaloupe; yellow squash and lemons; green spinach, kale, and turnip greens; and blue/purple grapes, cranberries, and blackberries.

Now we get to the new supplement, zeolite. Zeolite is not a nutritional mineral that builds your body. It improves your health not by adding but by subtracting. It is an unusual mineral with an unusual structure. When it has been processed, its structure contains small holes or tubes that act as a sieve within your body. When you take this supplement, it enters your bloodstream, where its small holes trap unwanted substances and removes them from your body. Taken in the proper doses, it acts as a chelating agent that will remove poisons and impurities from your system. This supplement, in addition to your nutritional supplements, will increase your health and energy.

Chuck R. Stewart has researched the mineral zeolite. It could be the answer for most of the medical problems today. He uses the mineral zeolites to increase his energy and improve his health.

Health Benefits of Resveratrol Dietary Supplements

Resveratrol dietary supplement capsules have been becoming increasingly popular since they were reported on 60 minutes in January 2009. Why have they become so sought after and what can they do for you?

Resveratrol is a polyphenol antioxidant that comes from grapes, peanuts, berries and cocoa beans. Most of the resveratrol dietary supplements that are made today come from the Japanese knotweed. They have been used in Japan and China for several decades as a treatment for a wide range of conditions such as heart and liver diseases, inflammation, lethargy, infections and for weight loss.

Today, scientists have been researching resveratrol extensively and have found that it can benefit our health in many ways that were never even considered.

Resveratrol dietary supplement is probably most commonly known for its anti aging properties. They do this by an attack on more than one front.

1. It activates longevity genes called sirtuins. Sirtuins help protect our cells from deterioration and also helps with restoring damaged cells.

2. The antioxidant prevents the formation of free radicals that damage our cells and also kills free radicals that do develop.

Another way that resveratrol dietary supplements can benefit our health is by reducing our weight.

Those longevity genes called sirtuins can help in other ways apart from anti aging. When resveratrol activates the sirtuins, it is activating the same gene that a reduction in calories, or fasting, activates. When fasting occurs, our cells start to burn off the excess fat in our body. This burning of fat in itself uses extra energy and more weight is lost.

The other major disease that resveratrol is being researched for is cancer, in which it seems it has potential to prevent different cancers in several ways. Although these are some promising results the research is at a very early stage.

Because resveratrol dietary supplements can protect our cells and therefore prolong their life, this can have a knock on effect of protecting our bodies from many other ailments such as heart disease, neurological complaints, Alzheimer's, rheumatoid arthritis and can improve energy levels, immune system and respiratory problems.

Resveratrol is a completely natural product and has a low degree of side effects. It's true potential has yet to be revealed but it certainly has made a good start.
